I am MJ Pattison, an independent program evaluation specialist doing business as “ Chatham Evaluation” in Chatham, Massachusetts. I can help turn an idea for change into a logic model. I can help identify  indicators of change, when the change process is slow and difficult to measure. I especially enjoy conducting focus groups or key informant interviews to see how an idea lands and how the  populations of interest experience the change.

I am a “company of one”[1] . I enjoy collaborating with teams. My ideal clients are small not for profit organizations and subcontracts or collaborations with other evaluators  for larger initiatives.
